Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

Ohme is looking for a Head of Distribution and Inventory to lead the efficient movement and availability of products across our international markets. You will take ownership of our distribution network, warehouse partners, stock control and returns processes. This senior role will ensure that service, cost, inventory and partner performance are managed through clear metrics and accountability. You will help build a scalable, reliable supply chain that supports Ohme’s continued growth.

This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in the office) and can be based either in our London office or our Chester warehouse.

Responsibilities

→Lead international distribution, warehousing and inventory strategy.
→Manage warehouse and logistics partners against agreed service levels and KPIs.
→Own stock planning, accuracy, availability and control.
→Manage returns, consignment stock, refurbishment and disposal of returned stock.
→Report performance, drive improvements and hold teams accountable.

10+ years proven senior leadership in international distribution, and inventory management.
Experience managing third-party logistics and warehouse partners.
Strong knowledge of stock control, forecasting, returns and inventory reporting.
Track record of improving KPIs, cost, service and stock accuracy.
Experience with import/export processes, customs and multi-market compliance.
Proficient in WMS and ERP platforms (e.g. Odoo) and advanced Excel; experience with warehouse automation technologies is advantageous.
Clear communicator with strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management and people leadership.
