Responsibilities

→You must have a builder mindset.
→10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2C Consumer Apps
→5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing product teams.
→Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
→Deep understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), including authentication, authorization, directory provisioning, and enterprise federation.
→Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving product vision and roadmaps from concept to delivery.
→Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
→Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
→Thinks big and small; can assemble a vision and the strategy/tactics to get there
→Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprise customers to translate complex needs into elegant product solutions.
→Budget up to 10% of the time for customer visits, conferences, team offsites, and strategic planning sessions.

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:

$258,000—$355,000 USD

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:

$230,000—$316,000 USD
