Senior Manager, AI Engineering

The team is dedicated to building high-impact, user-facing AI features. • →Lead and grow an AI engineering team in US as part of a unified global AI team. 
• →Partner with Product Managers and peers to define priorities, share roadmaps, and deliver projects that matter. 
• →Build and scale the Agentic AI solutions — enabling reusable AI agents, orchestration, and enterprise-grade guardrails. 
• →Deliver Applied AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer/employee experiences. 
• →Ensure engineering excellence through secure design, scalable architectures, and reliable delivery. 
• →Collaborate across functions — Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Business stakeholders — to accelerate AI adoption at scale. 

• For 12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in applied AI/ML or intelligent automation. 
• 3+ years leading engineering teams in US while collaborating daily with India-based counterparts. 
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, AI agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, RAG pipelines, and vector search. 
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), APIs, and microservices at scale. 
• A people leader who can coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams. 
• Strong communicator with the ability to align across time zones, cultures, and functions.
