Staff Technical Program Manager

• →Drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery.
• →Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements, securing commitments across organizations.
• →Orchestrate planning, prioritization, and execution, managing the integrated program plan and timelines across disparate functions.
• →Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments, clearly communicating trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the central point of contact and providing consistent transparency into program goals, progress, and quality.
• →Energize cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives and uphold world-class operational excellence and security standards.
• →Develop broad technical and domain knowledge to effectively influence strategy and decision-making.

Must Have:

• 7 - 10 years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment.
• Track record of collaboration in order to manage and successfully deliver large-scale technology programs.
• Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects 
• Expert in leveraging Jira to manage complex project workflows, track deliverables, and report on progress
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
• Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Ability to influence and work through others within a matrix organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.
• Passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions.
• Experience with agile and other program management methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on execution in a data-informed environment.
• A passion for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize processes and tooling. 

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret delivery metrics to guide teams toward more predictable and mature execution.
• Delivery of high-priority, customer-facing programs on schedule and with clear stakeholder alignment.
• Improved predictability and reduced risk across the Developer Integrations org.
• Increased visibility into value flow, enabling better planning, prioritization, and team alignment.
• Proactive communication that prevents bottlenecks and ensures timely escalations and decision-making.

• Preferred degree in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field 
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
• CSM, PSM or equivalent
