• →Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• →Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• →Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP software, Assembly management software, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel proficiency).
• →Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
• →Ability to create and adhere to production processes and deliverables.
• →Must be able to interpret and relay production data and all KPIs.
• →Ability to read and understand drawings/measurements/geometry
• →Basic equipment troubleshooting experience
• →Ability to relay detailed production/equipment downtime information
• →Commitment to customer service and a drive to deliver all orders, on time, safely in the best quality.
