Not the soul-crushing kind of boring — more like the “no drama, no chaos, just smart people doing great work” kind. The kind that lets you focus on what matters, without pointless meetings, micromanagement, or bureaucracy. We’re data-driven. We test, we iterate, we improve. Gut feelings don’t drive decisions — insights do. We trust each other. We’re transparent, give real feedback, and actually listen. No egos, no hand-holding — just a team of experienced professionals moving fast, adapting easily, and delivering impact. Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven. Our work is rooted in solving real problems that help ecommerce brands grow. No empty promises — we bring in results. And yes, we have fun. But the grown-up kind — workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. No forced fun, no awkward icebreakers. Just genuine moments with a team that actually enjoys working together.
We're looking for a high-performing Partner Program Specialist to take what makes our Partner Program unique and elevate it into something the industry talks about. Someone who makes programs better, not just bigger.
This role is central to Omnisend's agency ecosystem. You'll build and nurture a thriving community of agency and freelance partners — owning the channels, conversations, and events that keep them engaged, informed, and growing with Omnisend. Alongside that, you'll run the programs that put those partners to work: connecting the right agency to the right merchant, and making sure our Partner Directory reflects the best of what our ecosystem has to offer.
You'll work closely with our Partnerships, CSM, Marketing, and Sales teams — acting as the connective tissue between Omnisend's customer base and its agency ecosystem, and as a vocal advocate for what both sides need to succeed.
Own and grow Omnisend’s Partner community channels: slack, LinkedIn and any future community platforms;
Run a regular partner newsletter that keeps agencies informed, engaged, and excited about what Omnisend is building.
Plan and execute webinars, Partner Connect events, and other touchpoints that bring the community together and add real value.
Be the voice of the community internally through surfacing feedback, flag trends and advocate for what the community needs.
Own the end-to-end process of connecting Omnisend customers with the right Agency or Freelancer Partner.
Work closely with internal teams to receive, qualify and act on inbound requests including CSMs, Sales, Marketing, Product and Partnerships.
Make smart, fast matches based on customer need and partner specialization.
Build and maintain relationships with Partners to make speedy and impactful decisions.
Identify gaps in the program and implement changes quickly.
Reduce time-to-match and increase successful hire rates.
Look for ways to scale: better tooling, smarter workflows, automations and AI.
Own the quality, accuracy, and overall health of the Omnisend Partner Directory.
Manage partner onboarding to the directory. Ensure their profiles are complete, compelling, and up-to-date.
Explore improvements: searchability, profile quality standard, how the directory drives inbound interest from both partners and merchants.
Not only owning the programs but taking ownership over their trajectory. Bring ideas, test them, and build a case for what comes next.
Track KPIs that matter: match rates, hire conversions, directory engagement, partner participation, and use that data to make decisions.
Work cross-functionally with CSMs, Sales, and Marketing to make sure the programs are well-integrated into the broader customer and partner journey.
Be a vocal advocate for what partners need, what customers are asking for, and where the gaps are.
2+ years of experience in partner management, sales, customer success, account management or program coordination, ideally in SaaS or digital marketing.
Education: 🤷
Bonus: Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation.
Willingness to travel often to meet prospective agencies in person.
Strong relationship instincts: You build trust quickly, follow through, and stay organized across many concurrent relationships.
Operational rigor: You can own a process end-to-end, track it carefully, and improve it based on what you learn.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make fast data-driven decisions.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities.
Non-negotiable attributes: Growth mindset, rapid learning ability, high agency, team-oriented mindset, and a consistent focus on outcomes over outputs.
Excellent communication.
Implement AI into partner workflows, team processes, and internal operations.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and output using AI tools.
Build or optimize systems (playbooks, automations, reporting, enablement) leveraging AI.
Champion AI as a Habit adoption across the Agency Partnerships team.
