JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing Social Media programs and sales campaigns in concert with other sales & marketing team members. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will provide support across all areas of marketing and business development. This will include event planning, pitches, proposals, contact relationship management, branding, business/relationship intelligence, and internal communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed:
1. Oversee and execute Visual Merchandising for all wireless store locations and Business Offices
2. Serve as a liaison for corporate events, working with the proposals, contracts, set up at event including logistic planning and sales events.
3. Coordinate the production of marketing collateral and any promotional items needed for events, conferences, career fairs, etc. (i.e., design boards, booklets, display banners, giveaways, etc.)
4. Assist with event planning and execution for client-facing events, industry conferences and charitable sponsorships, speaking engagements and other event activities related to the promotion of the Company.
5. Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies, including upselling opportunities for all promotions and products.
6. Track sales campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports post campaign, and recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
7. Develop standardize presentations, sales scripts, proposals, etc.
8. Manage the communication process to customers (i.e., SMS messages via WhatsApp and social media)
9. Help produce client-facing pitch materials, to include proofreading, formatting, editing, printing, binding and delivery.
10. Maintain marketing collateral, brochures and PowerPoint templates, etc.
11. Assist with general online and database research.
12. Monitor data in the Company’s marketing contact relationship management (CRM) database, including the review and creation of mailing lists used for direct mail campaigns.
13. Perform other duties as assigned or required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Confidence and an interest in working with numbers and analytical data
· Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks.
· Self-starter who can work independently with minimum supervision
· Understand and anticipate the competition to define compelling strategies and offerings that lead to opportunity and advantage
· Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel experts are highly desired
· Demonstrated experience with Contact Relationship Management (CRM) Database Software a plus (i.e., Salesforce)
· Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and similar programs are a plus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 2 years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within telecommunications industry preferred
· Minimum 3 years experience with digital and marketing technology platforms
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Sales, Graphics, Public Relations or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience
