COFE APP is currently seeking a Public Relations Officer to oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.  

In this role your responsibilities include:

• Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
• Should have excellent working knowledge on Visa processing, Mainland and Free zone
• Maintain strong working relationships with Immigration and other government services centers.
• Support with Visa Visa’s, MOFA attestations, Trade License Renewals, Other government transactions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
  

Skills

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Must be fluent in English and have experience in Immigration procedures
• Must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.
• Good communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and government authorities.
• Must be able to work on tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy
• Minimum 3 yearsof experience similar position
• UAE Driving license is mandatory
