About the Role

Drive a company van to locate scooters and perform battery swaps
Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned routes and tasks
Perform minor repairs and quality checks in the field
Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve vehicles
Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures
Take on additional duties as assigned

Requirements

1+ year of experience in maintenance, auto repair, or similar hands-on work
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check (5-year history)
Comfortable driving a company van during shifts
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 lbs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology for daily tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles (professional or hobby)
Basic knowledge of electronics or electric vehicles
Experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or field operations
Familiarity with local streets and navigation

Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications.
