We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Offshore Talent Operations professional to build and manage systems that connect hiring, onboarding, employee development, and retention.
This role will own the talent operations process from end to end, ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout each team member's journey. You will track hiring outcomes, monitor attrition, identify patterns in employee performance, and provide clear insights that help improve hiring and people operations. Offshore Talent Operations
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, build, and maintain accurate talent records for team members.
- →Track key milestones, including interviews, training, post-training progress, and three- and six-month check-ins.
- →Manage the talent pipeline from end to end and ensure candidates and team members are properly tracked throughout each stage.
- →Monitor employee departures, including when and why team members leave, to identify recurring patterns.
- →Review hiring outcomes and compare employee performance with information gathered during the interview process.
- →Identify characteristics and patterns associated with successful hires.
- →Identify common areas where team members struggle and potential gaps in the hiring and screening process.
- →Monitor early indicators among new hires, including readiness for additional responsibility and potential performance concerns.
- →Maintain accurate and organized data that supports hiring and talent-related decisions.
- →Communicate findings and operational insights clearly and concisely.
- →Collaborate effectively across teams to maintain consistent talent operations processes.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in hiring, onboarding, talent operations, people operations, or a related operational role.
- Experience working in a high-volume hiring or people operations environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and take ownership of operational systems.
- Strong ability to work with data, maintain accurate records, and identify meaningful patterns.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable taking ownership of processes and following them through from start to finish.
