ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in greeting and welcoming customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide support to the Sales Department operations.
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Receiving and receipting debt and credit card transactions.
- Basic administrative tasks for the sales department.
- Cashing out service clients after hours.
- Directing clients around the store.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Well organized and possess time management skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Data input.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Basic phone skills
