- This is a full-time opportunity, expected to last through June 30, 2027; and can be elected to be served as a Job Rotation (internal employees only) or Limited Duration (internal and external candidates).
- Job Rotation: This JR may be extended or can be ended at any time based on the needs of the department. You will retain your base position and return to your base position at the end of the Job Rotation assignment. This position may have the opportunity to become permanent pending future budget modifications.
- Limited Duration: This LD can be ended at any time based on the needs of the department. At the end of the LD assignment, your employment with the state of Oregon will end. We recommend you begin applying for new positions as you are near the end of your LD assignment. This position may be extended or have the opportunity to become permanent pending future budget modifications, but permanency cannot be guaranteed.

- If you do meet the MQs and your current salary range is lower than that of the job rotation (salary range 20), you will be awarded 5% allowance of your base pay or Step # of higher class as determined by EPA, whichever is greater.
- If you do meet MQs and your current salary range is 20 or higher, you will not receive an allowance.
