Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Finance Executive Job Title : Finance Executive Experience : 3-5 Years Work Location : New Delhi Requirements MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES: · Manage financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. · Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. · Prepare and file tax returns including GST, TDS, and TCS. · Prepare tax challans and ensure timely payments. · Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts. · Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards. · Provide guidance and support to the finance team. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of financial · operations. · Continuously identify areas for improvement in financial processes and systems. · Ability to file tax returns and prepare tax challans. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong problem-solving skills. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: · 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting · Excellent Excel proficiency · Tally software knowledge · Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS · Very good knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial · Analysis, Cost Management, Compliance and Regulation QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE · Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, preferred, CA inter/CA/ICWA or Equivalent · Overall 3+ years as a Finance Executive
