Hardware Engineer

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for Hardware Engineer 5 Hardware Engineer 5 ( Longmont, CO /onsite ) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES: · Performs design and development engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems including development of new products or updates to existing products. Work may encompass one or more areas of engineering including electronic design, mechanical design, or other related fields. Duties may include research, evaluation, development, and application of new processes and methods into products SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: · May be responsible for establishing and conducting testing routines, developing or executing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and documentation of work and results QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: · 10+ years of experience · PCB level. Some had FPGA design. Also on testing, some were manufacturing testers. This type testing is executing routine tests on PCB just built. The candidate should have HW development testing, where the design is being validated.
