ŌURA is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and optimization of paid media across North American markets, with a primary focus on US, Canada, and Mexico.
This role plays a critical part in enabling successful regional activation by coordinating across channel experts, agency partners, and cross-functional teams .You’ll partner closely with global channel leads, analytics, creative, and agency collaborators to deliver high-performing, full-funnel media programs that drive growth, efficiency, and brand impact in North America.
Responsibilities

- →Support the development of market‑specific media strategies and plans, working closely with external agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- →Review regional budget allocations, identifying shifts based on performance trends, seasonality, and business priorities.
- Coordinate regional campaign execution by aligning timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness across internal channel experts and agency partners.
- Review channel plans and campaign setups to ensure alignment with briefs, budgets, and regional priorities before launch.
- Monitor pacing and in-flight performance, flagging risks or gaps and partnering with channel leads and agency teams to implement optimizations.
- Support day-to-day coordination with agency partners, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables stay aligned.
- Help identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment, escalating to appropriate leads with clear context.
- Support evaluation of new platform opportunities, betas, and test proposals in collaboration with channel experts.
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Retail, B2B, and Analytics teams to align paid media with broader business priorities.
- Align on campaign objectives, measurement approach, and reporting cadence.
- Share insights that inform future launches and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor full-funnel performance across North America, with clear visibility into CAC and incremental impact.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations in partnership with channel leads.
- Support the creation of succinct performance recaps for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain budgets, spend trackers, and campaign calendars.
- Help improve workflows between global channel leads, agency partners, and regional stakeholders.
- Contribute to scalable processes as regional media investment grows.
This is a US remote role.
Requirements
We would love to consider you for this role if you have:
- 3–5+ years of paid media experience (agency or in-house), with hands-on exposure across multiple channels (paid social, paid search, programmatic, retail media).
- Experience supporting campaign execution and performance across the full funnel.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (e.g. CAC) and familiarity with incrementality and MMM/MTA frameworks.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and results.
- Confidence in managing agencies and evaluating media plans, optimizations, and testing roadmaps.
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong project management and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
- Acts as a cross-channel generalist, helping coordinate campaigns across paid social, search, programmatic, retail media, and emerging platforms in partnership with channel experts.
- Serves as the connective layer across the media team, helping align regional priorities with channel specialists, agency partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Works across the full marketing ecosystem, gaining exposure to strategy, execution, measurement, and cross-functional go-to-market planning.
- Offers strong growth opportunities, with the potential over time to expand into broader channel leadership, testing strategy, and regional media planning ownership.
