Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell routes, fares, and services via telephone, email, face-to-face, and other communication channels.

  • Create reservations, issue tickets, and manage fare collection as required.

  • Rebook tickets, execute changes, and resolve booking issues.

  • Sell ancillaries, including merchandise, seat upgrades, pet-in-cabin, gift vouchers, UMNR, and Business Class upgrades.

  • Liaise with outstations to support ticketing and other operational needs, including check-in assistance.

  • Quote, book, and manage ministerial and presidential travel requests.

  • Handle passenger requests related to medical travel.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving complaints and issues.

  • Perform daily reconciliation of credit cards, cash, and invoices, submitting paperwork to accounting/banking teams.

  • Compile regular and ad-hoc reports accurately and on time.

  • Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs, communicating relevant updates to clients.

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

  • Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
