1. Hands on experience in system level HIL testing environment & HIL integration.
2. Strong analytical skill to diagnose and resolve issues observed during testing.
3. Capability to understand the system level requirement and ability to identify its implementation methodologies in HIL environment.
4. Good knowledge on dSpace Control desk , dSpace configuration desk , Matlab, Simulink, CANoe , Automation tool , Diagnostic tool , CANape.
5. Expert in issue troubleshooting with possible root cause and preparation of detail report.
6. Strong Knowledge on Communication protocol like CAN , LIN , Ethernet,UDS.
7. Good knowledge on Programming language like C , C++ , Python.
8. Familiarity with vehicle testing is a strong plus.
9. Should be good team player.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
11. Should be familiar with Agile methodology and the JIRA toolchain

1. Understand the system level requirement of domain like Cabin/Brake/ADAS/HMI/powertrain.
2. Co ordinate with component owner to understand the new requirement.
3. Develop system level HIL test specification based on the requirement.
4. Prepare the automation script for test specification and ensure the script robustness.
5. Prepare the HIL environment for test campaign like HIL integration , SW flashing , ECU parameter update, test and measurement environment creation.
6. Execute the test Specification and observe the system behaviour.
7. Collect and analyse the test data like CAN & Diagnostic log to evaluate system behaviour.
8. Prepare test report and communicate the findings to the stakesholder.
9. Toubleshoot the issues observed during testing.
10. Assist the new team members on HIL testing tool and techniques

BE/BTech/ME/MTech (Electronics and Communication or similar)
