About the Role: Pacific Aircrew Services, the agency of choice for PNG Air, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to fill the role of Manager Cabin Crew Services. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an individual with a strong background in cabin crew operations and team management within the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of cabin crew operations to ensure safety, compliance, and outstanding customer service. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee performance management, training, rostering, and resource planning for the Cabin Crew department. Ensure adherence to company policies, aviation safety rules, and quality standards. Foster a culture of safety, security, and continuous improvement. Requirements Key Requirements: Proven managerial experience in a Cabin Crew leadership role. Extensive experience within the aviation industry, preferably in cabin services. Strong understanding of safety regulations, operational standards, and crew resource management.
