The Lead / Director of Capital Markets Strategy & Execution would report into our Head of Capital Markets and act as a "strategic lead" to optimize our enterprise funding platform, drive cross-functional execution, and help scale the organization as we grow.
Rather than acting as a traditional asset-class deal lead, you will create senior strategic leverage by owning cross-asset initiatives that bridge investor strategy, rating agency execution, analytics, and enterprise funding diversification. You will turn ambiguous, high-priority objectives into structured, measurable outcomes.
