• →Lead the execution of seller engagement processes, including visiting seller locations to manage and update car listings, while coordinating with inspection teams for timely certification to meet PakWheels' quality standards.
• →Manage customer inquiries across various communication channels such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing timely and comprehensive responses to drive prospective buyers' interest in the assigned car inventory.
• →Conduct on-site vehicle viewings for buyers at seller locations, utilizing proven sales and negotiation techniques to effectively showcase and finalize sales, building customer trust and loyalty.
• →Ensure seamless vehicle transfers between buyers and sellers, overseeing the transaction process to maintain transparency and accuracy in documentation and ownership changes.
• →Collaborate closely with the management team to produce detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports, offering insights into customer engagement trends, sales data, and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of cars and the local automotive market is essential.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet tools, and digital communication platforms.
