As a Customer Support Executive at PakWheels.com, you will be at the forefront of transforming the customer experience for automotive buyers and sellers across Pakistan. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional support. You will work closely with customers over various channels to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships that reinforce PakWheels' commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver excellent customer service by effectively managing inbound calls and addressing client needs and concerns.
- →Ensure high levels of customer retention through professional and timely support, focusing on providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- →Monitor and engage with social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and company forums to address inquiries and provide updates.
- →Stay updated on new product launches and features, and communicate relevant information to customers to enhance their user experience.
- →Provide timely and effective resolution of customer complaints by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
- →Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring accurate end-to-end support and a positive experience throughout their journey.
- →Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and communicate the benefits of PakWheels' marketing solutions in relation to those needs.
Requirements
