Based in Pantheon’s Singapore office, the Client Solutions Intern will support the Product Strategy and RFP team, which is part of the firm’s broader Client Solutions Team. The role involves supporting business development and fundraising opportunities, preparing client materials, RFPs, and other ad-hoc projects and initiatives for the wider business. It is a global function, operating across London and Singapore, and supports Client Relationship Managers across all regions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Strategy Team and collaborate with the Global RFP Team to produce high quality client deliverables such as marketing presentations, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other marketing collateral.
  • Support business development and fundraising efforts across regions by coordinating inputs with internal stakeholders e.g. investment teams, senior management, legal and compliance.
  • Maintain and update key sources of data for inclusion in client due diligence materials.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives to support the growth of the Client Solutions function and broader business.
  • Strong academic credentials in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or exposure to financial services (preferably private markets or asset management) is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively across teams and seniority levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • We are looking for a candidate to join the team from October 2026 – December 2026 (flexible starting date).
