We are seeking a private equity investment professional to join the US Secondaries Investment Team, based in New York. The individual will execute private equity secondary transactions alongside senior members of the team.

We are looking for someone from either a reputable secondaries firm or private capital advisory practice with direct experience executing LP-led transactions and strong financial modelling capabilities. The role will be predominantly LP-led driven, with a primary focus on underwriting and executing traditional LP stake transactions across the US private equity market.

While the role will focus mainly on LP-led opportunities, investment activity may also include GP-led transactions, such as single company secondary transactions across the US PE buyout universe that require a similar level of due diligence as direct buyout or co-investment opportunities. The individual will be able to leverage Pantheon’s longstanding relationships across the Primary and Co-investment platforms.

We are committed to hiring the best candidate to join our team, with a preference for an experienced Associate-level candidate with prior investing experience and a flexible start date. A merit-based career track opportunity is available to candidates who demonstrate exceptional ownership, high competency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
