Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • →Lead and implement the project HSE management system and drive a strong safety culture across all work fronts.
  • →Oversee contractor HSE performance, including audits, inspections, PTW compliance, RAMS review, and close-out of corrective actions.
  • →Manage HSE risk controls for marine activities including dredging/reclamation, marine construction, and port operations/infrastructure interfaces.
  • →Ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and requirements; prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and performance updates.
  • →Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • →Coordinate with project leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve HSE issues and maintain safe, compliant delivery.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 15 years relevant HSE experience, with strong marine/ports project exposure.
  • Demonstrated experience in marine/port environments including dredging and reclamation, marine construction works, port infrastructure/operations, and marine/port equipment safety.
  • Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA, IRCA (or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

  • Experience working on large, high-profile marine/ports programs with client-facing HSE governance.
