Laboratory Medical Director/Pathologist

• →Provide high-quality diagnostic pathology services based on the needs of the assigned practice
• →Collaborate with general and subspecialty pathologists, clinicians, laboratory operations teams, and client services
• →Participate in applicable quality, accreditation, and regulatory compliance activities
• →Support laboratory quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
• →Provide clinical consultation to physicians and other healthcare partners
• →Participate in practice-specific call coverage and scheduling models
• →Contribute to a collegial, collaborative, and physician-led practice environment
• →Assume medical leadership responsibilities when applicable to the available position

• →Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• →AP/CP Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• →Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise welcomed but not required for every opportunity
• →Tennessee medical license or eligibility required
• →Strong diagnostic, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• →Leadership experience welcomed for positions involving medical directorship responsibilities
