We need an AI Engineer - II to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to optimize financial operations, enhance decision-making, and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI with strong financial domain knowledge to create intelligent systems for finance and accounting process automation / transformation. This is a full time, hybrid role and will work from Pune, India.

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for accounting processes.

Work closely with global finance and accounting team, IT teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial challenges into AI-driven solutions.

Collaborate with accounting teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI solutions.

Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and explore their application in financial products and services.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

Understanding of accounting & reporting processes, financial modeling, risk analysis, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance.

Experience with N8N AI workflow automation tool

Upto 4 years of overall with around 2 years of relevant experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, preferably in the finance and accounting projects.

Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for finance applications.

Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (Amazon SageMaker); SQL knowledge required.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Docker, CI/CD).

Experience with big data technologies (Snowflake).

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
