Then we’ve got some good news: Pax Hotel Group is hiring a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the award-winning Equus Inn in Ocala!

About the Role

This isn’t just a front desk gig — it’s a first impression. You'll be the face of the Equus Inn, greeting travelers from all over and setting the tone for their stay. The position is laid-back, but the impact you’ll have? Huge.

We prefer candidates with previous customer service experience, but it’s your professionalism, attitude, and communication skills that will really make you shine.

Shift: Swing Shift – Mostly 3PM to 11PM and some 11PM to 7AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out

• Handling guest registrations, room assignments, and special requests

• Resolving concerns and ensuring every guest feels heard and valued

• Providing info about the hotel, amenities, local spots, and more

• Supporting team members and contributing to a smooth front desk operation
