Provide the Vice President of Operations Programs with contract-comparison data, trend analysis across agreements, and risk/financial impact summaries to inform (not set) bargaining strategy and negotiation positions.
Track trends and recurring issues across agreements to support enterprise-wide labor strategy developed by the Vice President Operations Programs.
Training & Reporting
Conduct training sessions for operations personnel on collective bargaining rules—working rules, hours, and wages — and on Letters of Assignment, MOUs, and other contract-related documents, in coordination with the Director of Labor Relations, who leads training on union relations and negotiation techniques.
Prepare reports and summaries for Legal, Labor Relations, and company leadership on agreement status, renewals, wage increases, key contract terms, and risks.
Support Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, and Risk Management with labor agreement data needed for business planning, market entry, project pursuits, and prequalification responses.
