• →Conduct site surveys and field measurements.
• →Develop base maps and detailed residential landscape designs.
• →Prepare project estimates and takeoffs.
• →Organize and assemble client presentation materials.
• →Research products, materials and trends.
• →Collaborate with team members to bring design concepts to life.

• 5+ years of experience in residential landscape design (high-end projects preferred).
• Strong passion for landscape architecture and outdoor living design.
• Proven design ability with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design and estimating software (CAD, 3D design, LMN or similar).
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license (clean MVR) and ability to pass a background check.
• Portfolio of completed design work required.
