A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an agency setting and proven personal lines experience with a focus on account management or underwriting.
Experience with carrier quotation platforms and related agency/broker submission forms.
Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
State of Michigan Property/Casualty Insurance License required; Life/Health license is a plus.
Proficiency in using multiple computer software programs.

Responsibilities

→Assist in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through excellent service and proactive communication.
→Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
→Quote and rate insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
