Our focus is on developing relationships with our strategic partners and clients through the highest quality products, expertise in turf installation and exceptional customer experiences.

We have an amazing Sales Representative position available for an experienced individual looking for an opportunity to sell artificial turf on commercial and high-end residential projects.

We offer a competitive base + commission compensation, as well as benefits for our Sales Representative at Playrite including:

  • A base pay of $45,000-$55,000 annually, plus commissions, with a total earning potential of about $100,000
  • Medical insurance covered at 50%
  • Dental and vision covered at 50%
  • Generous PTO plan
  • Access to a company vehicle

Requirements for our Sales Representative at Playrite:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, experience in turf, landscape or construction sales is a plus, but is not required.
  • Strong relationship building experience with a passion for value selling and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Proficiency in using software for creating proposals, quotes, and maintaining records and a willingness to learn new software and technology.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities for our Sales Representative:

  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads and opportunities through strategic partnerships, referrals and networking.
  • Cultivating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and strategic referral partners.
  • Conducting thorough consultations with clients to assess their outdoor spaces, understand turf preferences, discuss project goals, and build and develop a relationship as a trusted advisor.
  • Taking measurements of properties utilizing multiple technologies and preparing estimates/proposals.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Following up on proposals to address questions and ensure conversion on the sale.
