Delta Sigma Pi is hiring for an IT Program Leader to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in IT and Project Management.

Requirements

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field preferred;
  • · 3+ years experience in IT management, systems administration or IT support;
  • · Coding knowledge including HTML, SQL, JavaScript and CSS programming languages;
  • · Strong vendor management and project coordination skills;
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • · Ability to analyze complex IT and operational challenges and implement effective solutions;
  • · Proficiency with IT systems, productivity software, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Selecting and coordinating IT service providers, including identifying, vetting and contracting IT vendors and service providers and managing relationships with external IT partners;
  • Researching and planning for future IT needs, including assessing current IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and prioritizing projects and allowcating resources appropriately;
  • Developing, monitoring and managing budgets for IT projects and intiatiives;
  • Supporting internal and external IT users;
  • Maintaining the organization’s key databases to ensure accuracy of data, including creating reports;
  • Completing coding needs and testing programming changes;
  • Communicating changes or adjustments to vendors and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding IT projects and IT needs;
  • Other duties as assigned.
