Information Systems Project Manager

At Perion, we are looking for a highly motivated MIS Project Manager to join our Information Systems team and lead strategic corporate systems initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes, implement scalable solutions, and drive operational excellence through modern enterprise platforms, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

This position reports directly to the VP of MIS and offers a unique opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative, and fast-paced environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

• →Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization projects across corporate systems, including Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), Monday.com, Workato, CLM, and HR systems.
• →Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical and operational solutions.
• →Own project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• →Maintain and continuously improve existing systems, workflows, automations, and integrations.
• →Design and customize business processes while leveraging AI-driven tools, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
• →Manage MIS sprint planning and delivery processes to ensure transparency, prioritization, and execution excellence.
• →Ensure data integrity, metadata governance, and system best practices across platforms.
• →Provide global end-user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and user satisfaction.
• →Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Finance, Operations, and R&D.

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager working with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with automation and integration platforms such as Workato and Monday.com.
• Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI technologies to improve operational processes, reporting, automation, and user experience.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative and proactive team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and integrity.

• Experience administering HiBob or other HR systems.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working in the AdTech industry.
