We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Norwegian-speaking Customer Support & Reactivation Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon.
In this position, you will support a fast-growing subscription-based service, helping customers manage their accounts, improve their experience, and re-engage with the service. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth and high-quality customer journey across multiple European markets.
- Support customers via outbound calls, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and engaging experience
- Contact former or inactive customers to understand their needs and encourage reactivation
- Assist with subscription management, including plans, deliveries, and account updates
- Provide clear and helpful information about products and services
- Identify customer concerns and offer suitable solutions to improve their experience
- Ensure accurate communication and maintain high service quality standards
- Contribute to customer retention and overall satisfaction
Requirements
~1 min read- Fluent Norwegian or Danish or Swedish (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or contact center environments is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (especially for outbound calls)
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple communication channels
- Ability to handle targets and performance-driven environments
- Team player with adaptability and a positive attitude
- Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
- 40 hours per week
- Paid training (6 days, 8 hours per day) with structured onboarding
- Training compensation upon successful completion
