We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Dutch or  German -speaking Team Leader for an international customer support project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people manager who is passionate about coaching, developing teams, and delivering operational excellence. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in motivating your team, driving performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Customer Support Advisors
  • Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring service quality and operational targets are consistently achieved
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-to-one meetings
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members
  • Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Handle escalated customer cases and provide guidance on complex situations
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
  • Work closely with Operations, Quality, Training, and Workforce Management teams to ensure business objectives are met
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Drive employee engagement and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Dutch or German
  • Good command of English
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a leadership role within customer service or contact center operations
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working with KPIs and performance management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for developing people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or contact center systems is an advantage
