As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product direction for physician-facing experiences, prioritize high-ROI opportunities, and use data, customer insight, and AI-enabled workflows to improve the value delivered to physicians and the business.

You will be responsible for executing the product strategy, in collaboration with other stakeholders, ensuring that business goals and end-user demands are met. As a key member of the Agile team, you will be responsible for conveying the product vision, understanding market needs, and translating them into clear prioritized requirements to maximize value for our customers and the business.

In this role, will collaborate closely with Dev, UX, Sales, Marketing, Support and Customer Success to ensure alignment with product strategy and vision, but also to ensure the continuous success of the product you are responsible for.

  • Own the physician offering roadmap, with clear outcomes tied to adoption, activation, retention, revenue impact, and customer value.

  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for physician-facing features, including PLG experiments, onboarding flows, self-serve capabilities, AI-enabled workflows, and usage-driving improvements.

  • Translate physician needs, market signals, sales feedback, and support issues into clear product initiatives and outcome-based requirements.

  • Lead discovery with physicians, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify friction, validate opportunities, and reduce delivery risk before building.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data to ship valuable increments at the right cadence.

  • Define success metrics for each initiative and monitor product health through in-app metrics, funnel metrics, adoption reports, and experiment results.

  • Use AI tools and AI product opportunities to improve discovery, analysis, workflow automation, decision quality, and physician experience.

  • Support go-to-market readiness by providing product positioning, internal enablement, release communication, and clear value propositions for the physician segment.

  • Manage scope, trade-offs, and release quality to ensure the team delivers focused outcomes instead of feature volume.

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS, B2C, B2B2C, marketplace, or healthtech

  • Proven experience owning a product area with measurable impact on activation, adoption, retention, conversion, expansion, or self-serve growth.

  • Strong Product-Led Growth experience, including experimentation, funnel optimization, onboarding, usage analytics, segmentation, and product instrumentation.

  • Proven ability to use AI tools in product work, such as discovery synthesis, prototyping, workflow automation, documentation, or prioritization.

  • Ability to define metrics, interpret product data, identify patterns, and turn insights into roadmap decisions.

  • Strong product judgment: able to separate customer noise from real product opportunities and make clear trade-offs.

  • Experience working closely with Engineering and Design in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

  • Ability to write OpenSpec product requirements, acceptance criteria, experiment briefs, and release documentation.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience building or improving products for professional users; experience with physicians, clinics, medical billing, scheduling, clinical workflows, or healthcare operations is a strong asset.

  • Experience defining AI-enabled product capabilities or working with AI/ML-powered features is a strong asset.

  • Bilingual French/English
