~1 min readMembers Club Supervisor oversees daily operations across the club’s food and beverage offerings, ensuring high end hospitality, exceptional service standards, and smooth coordination between dining and banquet events.
Supervise daily front- of- house operations in the main dining room. Monitor floor flow, table turnover, and service pacing during meal shifts
Address member feedback, complaints, and special dietary requests promptly and professionally
Conduct pre-shift meetings with service staff to review daily specials, member preferences, upcoming events, and service standards. Ensure to cover all SOPS highlighted for reviews
Train, onboard, and mentor front of house employees
Assist with floor coverage allocation
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitization regulations, and alcohol service standards
Perform end- of- day POS reconciliation, register closing, and shift reporting
Banquets in Members Club
Oversee the execution of private events, banquets and member social functions according to Banquet Event Orders.
Direct room set-ups, table arrangements, AV integration, and bar set ups prior to event start times
Coordinates directly with managers and chefs to maintain allocated timeline
Manage banquet breakdown and post event cleanup.
Perform ringing in BEOS and other events based off on the function.
Serving and Banquet experience is required
Previous leadership is encouraged
The ability to enforce club policies with discretion, politeness, and composure
Capable of understanding complex member requests, feedback, and resolving complaints with empathy
Ability to conduct pre-shifts and complete end of shift reports
g condition.
- Must be constantly alert for guest’s safety and comfort.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee occasionally is required to sit; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift, push, carry, pull, or move up to 50 pounds. Repetitive motion, including utilizing telephone/computer for an extended period or for an entire shift.
