What We Offer

✓Support for Financial Departments in the transformation of their Operating Model (evolution of organizations, processes, tools)

✓Investment accounting and support along tools implementations such as Blackrock Solutions (Aladdin and eFront), SimCorp Dimension, SAP, Clearwater Analytic, etc.

You have significant experience (7+ years) within a consulting or audit firm, within an insurance player or a financial institution
You have recognized expertise on the following subjects: Finance, Accounting (IFRS at least), Investment Accounting, IT strategy, and data
You are passionate, you want to invest in the Insurance sector and can be interested by international projects
You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit
You are proactive and have a very good analytical and synthesis spirit and a very strong ability to manage priorities
You are able to manage and mentor junior members of the team
You speak English and French at a C1+ level (written and spoken)
Excellent command of the Office pack is required.

✓Base entry salary for this position is 85K

✓Variable remuneration: Alpha pays its employees a significant proportion of its profits in the form of profit-sharing (intéressement) and/or cash in accordance with Alpha's discretionary profit-sharing scheme.
