The Role:

• Understanding and exposure to the regulatory Risk framework and ensuring org is safeguarded from the risk of losing capital
• Set-up, manage and regularly review the risk management policies & processes 
• Identify and manage Client level, stock level risk on open position
• Risk reduction by squaring off open position identified under higher risk
• Collaboration with internal teams- product, business finance etc to ascertain risk and credit requirements
• Manage and control the overall EOD/BOD process/CTCl/Neat/Bolt terminals
• Experience in handling Audit i.e Concurrent and Internal audit
• Ensuring compliance requirements as per SEBI Regulations
• Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting from time to time. 

Ideal candidate: 

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Stock Market Risk & surveillance management
• Graduate/post graduate from leading institute
• Experience across Equity, Derivatives, Currency, commodities, Gilt, Bonds & Gsec
• Excellent knowledge of stock broking, risk and surveillance and actively involved in day to day risk management in Broking and Capital markets and have handled transaction volumes
• Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively
• Strong analytical acumen and problem solving
• Be skilled in building and managing business alliances
• Demonstrate high ownership and result-orientation
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel is a must
