Aster is a next-generation decentralized perpetual exchange dedicated to delivering a seamless, powerful, and truly decentralized on-chain derivatives trading experience. From one-click trading to smart automation and deep on-chain liquidity, Aster is rethinking how DeFi should work — simple, efficient, and built for users.

Design and optimize derivatives products (e.g. perpetuals, options) with a focus on performance, accuracy, and UX.

Build trading features like grid trading, block trades and trading bots tailored for DeFi users and institutions.

Integrate margin and risk models (e.g., isolated, Multi-Assets margin) to enhance capital efficiency and protocol safety.

Define and manage trading parameters (tick size, leverage tiers, fees), improving system stability based on user and market feedback.

Implement monitoring and stress-testing tools to manage market and protocol risk.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Math, CS, Physics, Financial Engineering, etc.).

Strong interest and hands-on experience in Derivatives and DEXs (e.g., GMX, dYdX,Hperliquid).

Prior experience as a product manager or in trading, risk, or quant-related roles.

Analytical mindset with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
