Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to join a growing agriculture-focused business? Spronk Brothers is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to help manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and provide valuable financial reporting to company managers and partners.

What You'll Do:

✅ Maintain and reconcile financial records and accounts
✅ Prepare financial statements and reports
✅ Perform monthly bank reconciliations
✅ Manage general ledger accounts and cost tracking for farm projects
✅ Assist with year-end close and tax preparation support
✅ Collaborate on accounting projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ 2+ years of accounting experience (agriculture experience preferred)
✔ Basic understanding of tax basis accounting
✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
