Supervisor with Pici YOHO

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join Pici YOHO Mall, the flagship retail, dining and entertainment hub in Yuen Long.

As a Supervisor, you will supervise employees during your shift and make sure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. You will act as a reference point for employees and customers, and be ready to fix problems that occasionally arise. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.
作為主管，您將在當班期間監督員工，確保他們完成任務並保持積極性，高效工作。您將成為員工和顧客的諮詢對象，並隨時準備解決偶爾出現的問題。您還將熱情接待顧客，並滿足他們的任何需求。

• →Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
  管理賓客需求，提升賓客滿意度
• →Ensure all company standards are met during service
  確保服務過程中符合所有公司標準
• →Lead a team to ensure smooth set up of the restaurant before and after shifts
  帶領團隊確保餐廳在換班前後順利完成準備工作
• →Leading fellow floor staff under the direction of management
  在管理階層的指導下帶領第一線員工

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
  至少一年服務生經驗
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
  積極的態度和團隊合作精神
• Sense of responsibility within your role
  在工作中要有責任感
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  優秀的溝通、人際溝通和領導能力
• Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage, with Cantonese-speaking candidates given preference.
  英語流利是必備條件。精通其他語言者優先考慮，會說粵語者較佳
• Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
  有飯店服務業工作經驗者優先考慮
