Planner 5D is looking for a System Administrator / IT Administrator to support our team in Lithuania and take ownership of internal IT operations.

This role is a mix of access management, onboarding/offboarding, office IT support, and hardware maintenance. We are looking for someone hands-on, reliable, and proactive — a person who can keep things organized, notice gaps, and improve processes without waiting for detailed instructions.

  • Work closely with the DevOps team and collaborate with them on access management, infrastructure-related tasks, security, and internal IT processes.
  • Support IT security practices (encryption, monitoring of vulnerabilities, attacks, ...) and data reliability / recovery solutions (backups)
  • Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, groups, permissions, and access rights.
  • Work with Google Workspace, including automatic provisioning.
  • Support and manage Okta: SSO, MFA, groups, app access, user lifecycle.
  • Keep access management clean, secure, and well documented.
  • Support office IT infrastructure: Wi-Fi, network equipment, cabling, printers, meeting room setup, on-site servers, and other office devices.
  • Prepare laptops and equipment for new employees.
  • Manage hardware inventory: laptops, monitors, accessories, and office IT equipment.
  • Coordinate purchases, repairs, replacements, and vendor communication.
  • Help employees with everyday IT questions and issues.
  • Improve internal IT processes where things can be simpler, clearer, or more automated.
  • 6+ years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of hardware/software security
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience with Okta or another IAM / SSO tool.
  • Understanding of onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, permissions, MFA, and access management.
  • Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows devices.
  • Knowledge of Python and Bash.
  • Good networking knowledge: Wi-Fi, routers, switches, DNS, VPN, cabling.
  • Experience with hardware management and inventory tracking.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical colleagues.
  • English level Intermediate / B1 or higher; you should be comfortable explaining your decisions to English-speaking colleagues.
  • Ownership mindset: you don’t just close tasks, you care that the process works properly.
  • What we offer:
    - Great work environment that balances freedom and responsibility
    - Our team is made up of friendly and passionate enthusiasts who are eager to help and share their knowledge
    - We believe in work-life balance, so you'll receive around 30+ days of paid holidays per year
    - Company computer equipment by request
    - Education courses for our team members, and we're willing to allocate funds toward your training expenses
    - English classes on our corporate platform
    - Offline company events in Lithuania and online team-building
    - Unlimited free Planner5D subscriptions
