Responsibilities

→Production Coordination: Lead the booking and coordination of talent, crew, and

external vendors for editorial and marketing shoots.

→Shoot Logistics: Create and distribute detailed call sheets, manage on-set

requirements, and ensure all contributors adhere to production schedules.

→Administrative Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of production paperwork,

including collecting contributor agreements and overseeing the submission and

tracking of invoices.

→Asset & Network Management: Maintain and expand comprehensive databases

of crew, stylists, photographers, and vendors.

→Talent Management: Interact with and guide talent as needed, maintaining THR’s

professionalism.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in a production or entertainment

environment (video or photo preferred) .

Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage

multiple complex projects and administrative tasks simultaneously.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with high-level talent,

agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Industry Passion: A demonstrated interest in film, television, visual storytelling,

and current social media trends.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in production

A good faith estimate of the salary range is $75K - $85k upon hire.. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
