At PMG, our Out of Home (OOH) team delivers strategic media solutions that connect brands with audiences in impactful, measurable ways. We combine marketplace expertise, data-driven insights, and innovative thinking to create best-in-class OOH campaigns that drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional media teams, client partners, vendors, and industry leaders to develop and execute integrated OOH strategies that align with broader business objectives. A key focus will be advancing PMG's OOH capabilities through innovation, scalable processes, and trusted strategic leadership while helping clients maximize the value of their media investments.
You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of PMG's OOH practice by strengthening industry partnerships, exploring new measurement capabilities, and identifying emerging opportunities that drive client success. Responsibilities
~3 min read- →Define and oversee the strategic direction and execution of Out of Home marketing initiatives across a portfolio of clients, ensuring best-in-class OOH activations that drive business outcomes.
- →Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, providing marketplace expertise, thought leadership, and recommendations that strengthen partnerships and align OOH strategies with business goals.
- →Lead collaboration across internal teams, clients, media partners, and vendors to deliver integrated media strategies, competitive marketplace solutions, and seamless campaign execution.
- →Partner with other media channel teams to ensure OOH strategies are effectively integrated into broader media plans and client proposals.
- →Leverage data and measurement insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify strategic opportunities, and advance innovation in OOH effectiveness and measurement.
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to unlock beta opportunities, added-value programs, marketplace intelligence, and emerging industry innovations.
- →Manage and coach junior team members, developing their strategic thinking, client communication skills, and technical OOH expertise while fostering future leadership.
- →Contribute to the continued evolution of PMG's Out of Home capability by developing scalable processes, sharing thought leadership, and driving operational excellence.
- →While this role is primarily focused on Out of Home media, responsibilities may extend across additional media channels as needed to support evolving client and business priorities.
- →7+ years of experience in Out of Home Media, Media Planning, Integrated Media, or related advertising disciplines, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- →Proven experience defining and leading strategic Out of Home initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise or nationally recognized brands.
- →Deep expertise across the OOH marketplace, including planning, buying, measurement, vendor partnerships, and emerging industry trends.
- →Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships by serving as a strategic advisor and providing data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions.
- →Strong leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- →Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across media disciplines to deliver integrated marketing strategies and best-in-class client solutions.
- →Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize campaign data into meaningful insights that improve performance and demonstrate business impact.
- →Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior client stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
- →Experience contributing to new business opportunities through strategic recommendations, cross-functional collaboration, and marketplace expertise.
- →A passion for innovation and continuous learning, staying ahead of evolving OOH technologies, measurement capabilities, and industry trends.
