Materials Planning Manager - York Based (Must be local)

We are looking for an Materials Planning Manager to join our successful team at our head office in York (must be local). 

As a Materials Planning Manager, you will lead and manage all materials scheduling activities for York site, providing high customer service, minimal operational disruption caused by materials shortages (External) and optimizing inventory levels.  The role will be in charge of leading continuous improvement and transformation to the current process and systems while leading a team of Materials Schedulers.

In this role you will Lead, develop and manage Materials Planning team so people management skills are essential for this role. We create a support working culture here at Portakabin. 

Once fully trained and competent in the role you can work from home 1 day per week. 

   

· Salary up to £50,000 – Depending on experience.  

· Role based: New Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9PT – You must live local to York.

·Permanent 

·Annual on target bonus of 10% - Depending on company performance 

·Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days.
