Responsibilities

- Incident management - ensuring that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible, through palliative measures or bug fixes- Problem management - ensuring root cause analysis, addressing the action plan, implementing actions and measuring results- Change Management - ensure that the process is followed by bugs, problems and improvements that require changes to the production environment- Management of the AMS Brazil team, in addition to partnering with the Global team to ensure the stability and availability of applications, as well as compliance with SLAs agreed in contracts- Influencing users to implement Pepsico standard tools, as well as following defined processes- Performing business impact analysis for critical incidents
