You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts — home services, education, financial services, hospitality, insurance, or similar lead-gen-driven businesses. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a day-to-day basis, owning the narrative around performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all marketing efforts ladder up to business objectives. A successful candidate is a strong cross-channel marketer and communicator who can confidently translate data into insights, guide internal teams, and build trust with clients. This is a critical role in ensuring accounts are not only running efficiently, but driving meaningful business impact.
As an AAD, you will act as the day-to-day strategic lead for Consumer Services clients, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned to lead quality, conversion, and revenue — not just lead volume. Every client in this vertical has a sales team, and that sales team will have opinions about whether marketing is delivering. Your job is to make sure you already know the answer before they ask. You will work closely with client marketing and sales or operations contacts to define what a qualified lead actually looks like — and build that definition back into targeting, creative, and campaign strategy. This role requires comfort discussing CPL, lead-to-close rate, cost per acquisition, funnel conversion, and local market dynamics. You'll partner with Project Managers to ensure execution stays on track — leading client calls directly on larger accounts, while the PM leads on smaller ones — and will collaborate with the Account Director to refine quarterly strategy and long-term growth plans.
