We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Evidence Solutions team. This internship is ideal for students passionate about healthcare and research. You’ll gain hands-on experience in systematic literature reviews, health economics, and evidence-based analysis while contributing to real-world client deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with systematic literature reviews and evidence synthesis across a range of healthcare topics
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of health economic models
  • Help interpret and communicate both quantitative and qualitative findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of memos, reports, evidence tables, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and provide administrative support for ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance internal workflows and operational efficiency
  • Research and recommend optimal methodologies and implementation strategies
  • Maintain and update tools and documentation to align with best practices

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (preferred) in a healthcare-related field
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare research, health policy or economics
  • Experience in research areas such as economics, public policy, epidemiology, public health, or operations research
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Solid academic performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Formal training in quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies
  • Familiarity with statistical programming tools such as R, SAS, or similar platforms
