Enterprise Application Administrator

• →Administer, monitor, and improve cloud-based enterprise applications, ensuring best practices, security, performance, and scalability.
• →Support the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce, including user management, enhancements, data integrity, and security.
• →Participate in projects related to new enterprise application selection, expansion, migrations, and decommissioning.
• →Document processes, configurations, and best practices for application management, integrations, and support.
• →Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access reviews.
• →Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• →Coordinate Salesforce releases, testing, and deployment of new features.
• →Provide Salesforce user training, onboarding, and ongoing support.
• →Response to support tickets raised by internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• →Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in administering and supporting enterprise applications and/or integrations.
• →At least 5 years of general IT experience
• →Salesforce administrator certification.
• →Experience administering Salesforce lightning, including configuration, customization, user management, workflows, and reporting.
• →Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with enterprise Saas application management.
• →Knowledge of IT practices and experience implementing security measures for enterprise applications.
• →Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholder projects.
• →Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.
• →Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce..
• →Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

• Experience with Health Cloud or Health Care sector
• User support experience with various enterprise applications like Dialpad, Intercom, Zoom, Jira etc.
• Experience working with organisations with more than 500+ users.
